Plant growth is closely related to fertilizer application and maintenance. Inappropriate fertilizer application can result in stunted plant growth and low production. The objective of the study is to describe the effect of giving compos tablets based on bio-slurry cow dung on the growth rate of tomato plants. The growth rate of tomato plants will be examined on the variation of fertilizers given using a polynomial regression mathematical model approach. The results showed that the highest increase in plant height was obtained in the T5 treatment, i.e., 0.0567 cm per day. The mathematical model that can describe the prediction of the growth rate of tomato plants is the second-order polynomial regression model with the equation y = 0.0567x2 - 0.1351x + 6.3171 with R² = 0.9976.
