The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between Education 4.0 and Industry 5.0 and how students can enhance their employability using education 4.0. We have identified several critical factors after a review of existing literature. We prepared a questionnaire based on those critical factors. We did an empirical survey in which students (n=144) from various backgrounds took part. We did hypothesis testing using a one-sample t-test to analyze different parameters and the reliability of responses. In the analysis, we found out that education 4.0 is an enabler because it allows students to learn important technologies which will act as a Launch pad for industry 5.0. We identified that the current education system needs major changes. Students believe that industry 5.0 and education 4.0 are interrelated and can enhance their employability through education 4.0. It is rare studies that will help students understand the importance of education 4.0. They will get to know how to enhance their employability for the next industrial revolution.
