Assessment of employees in each company still uses a lot of manual methods to assess each employee. This manual method takes a long time and is a very complicated procedure for managers to assess and see for employees. The development of information technology is currently very developed and advanced. The company must begin to apply the assessments of each employee systematically. Real-time and systematic employee assessment makes employees more understanding and open to the assessment of each employee. Employees who have worked for a long time can also find out what assessments are obtained and the number of projects carried out. Managers will also find it easy to see every performance of their employees.
