Instability of a political, natural and technogenic type all over the world leads to mass migrations of the population from disadvantaged areas to countries with relatively better living conditions. The deficiency of unoccupied housing in the receiving countries leads to an additional aggravation of social tensions in the regions. In order to stabilize the situation, architects are offered the principles of designing a new type of specialized housing directly for refugees and migrants, meeting the requirements of economy, rapid erectability and dismantling, comfort, the ability to change their planning indicators in accordance with the demands of time and situation.
