Abstrakt: Clean water is a source of life for humans where if there is no clean water, then humans cannot use it for drinking or other purposes. One of the methods to process water into clean water is to use natural coagulant filtering. In this study, testing and data collection were carried out three times, by adding natural coagulants to water with different mass variants, namely, 0.45 grams, 0.60 grams, and 0.75 grams. The pH value of the water before the analysis was the same, namely 7.0 and the turbidity value was 2940.70 NTU. The first analysis using 0.45 grams of natural coagulant after filtration obtaineda pH value of 7.38 and a turbidity value of 2876.30 NTU. The second analysis with natural coagulant 0.60 gram, obtained a pH value of 8.08 at the end of the filtration and a turbidity value of 2789.50 NTU. The last analysis is natural coagulant as much as 0.75 gram, obtained pH 8.25 after filtration and turbidity value 2394.63 NTU after filtering. Using the correct mass variant, it can produce water with good quality too, in this case for two test parameters, namely pH (degree of acidity)and water turbidity level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
