Abstrakt: The present study was carried out to record alterations in various haemato-biochemical parameters in dairy animals suffering from bovine tuberculosis in Jaipur region of Rajasthan. A totalof 400 animals were randomly screened by using SID and ELISA test. The combined prevalence was recorded as 2%. The animals showed positive reactions in both tests were selected to record the changes in their haemato-biochemical parameters. The results revealed significantly (p<0.05) decreased values of Hemoglobin, total erythrocytes count, PCV and lymphocytes whereas total leucocytes count, neutrophils, eosinophils and monocytes observed significantly (p<0.05) increased in bovine tuberculosis positive animals as compare to healthy animals. The values of serum total protein, ALT, AST, ALP, globulin and bilirubin were observed significantly (p<0.05) higher whereas value of serum albumin found significantly (p<0.05) lower in bovine tuberculosis affected animals.
