The article examines Jordan's use of the internet-based billing display and payment system e-FAWATEERcom. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) is used in the research to give a framework for understanding the origins of e- FAWATEERcom. Four hypotheses were developed in light of prior studies. The model was validated using an online survey approach, with 250 government employees receiving questions. Because of the global Covid-19 situation and the difficulty in gathering data, convenience sampling was adopted. A total of 215 surveys were returned. 200 questionnaires were kept after cleaning for further examination. SmartPLS was used to analyzes the data. It was revealed that, all four hypotheses were supported. The framework that is being proposed has the potential to have significant practical implications for e-government initiatives all over the world, particularly for the Jordanian government as it implements e-FAWATEER com.
