Abstrakt: |
The article discusses methods for room acoustic modeling above the frequency of the first axial mode. The high efficiency of tracer methods in modeling is shown. A technology for response modeling in the form of a finite impulse response (FIR) filter with a large number of coefficients, synthesized in the identification process, was proposed. A method for converting the impulse response of a synthesized FIR model into an infinite impulse response (IIR) model with a smaller number of coefficients was proposed based on the Prony and Stieglitz-McBride methods. The accuracy of the models was estimated for a different length of FIR and IIR models. The potential instability of IIR models was shown for a large number of coefficients. The ways of using the obtained models in various areas of acoustics are proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
