A crisis is an abrupt event, unforeseen, and causes damage to the affected parties, projects, or organizations not leaving behind the construction industry. In nature of the crisis, the revolution of crisis can be considered either temporary or permanent effect, which includes the industry's performance in terms of financial, productivity and rate of national economic growth. With the rapid revolution of crisis, especially within the organization, it is inevitable to understand the factors that triggered the rise of the crisis in the organization to be able to manage or minimize the effect of the crisis, especially in the construction industry. This is vital as construction organizations must be able to change course to survive drastically and when a crisis occurs. For that, this research aims to investigate the factors contributing to the crisis revolution within construction organizations in Malaysia. A comprehensive literature review has been conducted to gather crisis revolution factors in construction organizations across the globe. Questionnaires were distributed to G6, and G7 contractororganizations registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) within the Klang Valley area. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) has been used to analyze the responses, and descriptive statistics using mean ranks and pairwise comparison have been adopted as data analysis techniques. Findings from the analysis revealed six (6) crisis revolution factors, which are a technical factor, material factor, financial factor, management factor, time factor, and labour factor.
