An introduction to articles published in this issue is presented including an article on how the application of critical perspectives within a high school book club challenges the conventional portrayals of Blackness as being associated with monstrosity, English Language Arts (ELA) classrooms that incorporate particular teaching methods focused on combating racism, and the common reading strategy. |
