NEWS There were heartfelt words from the Duke of Richmond as his circuit's rebirth celebrated its 25th birthday, just days before the 75th anniversary of the track's very first race on 18 September 1948. Oliver Bryant was the 2022 winner from Stuart Hall and they lined up side-by-side in 2023, with Hall on pole aboard a McLaren-Chevrolet M1B, Bryant second in a Lola-Chevrolet T70 Spyder. When the track went green again, the Lotus-Ford 22 of Horatio Fitz-Simon resumed its position out in front, with Sam Wilson (Lotus-Ford 20/22) in hot pursuit. [Extracted from the article] |
