Extrusion of synthetic fibrous materials is of great importance, as here confirmed. Available reserves for extrusion are considered, and approaches to utilizing those reserves are discussed. Various approaches to the extrusion of fiber with different properties are developed. In extrusion, atypical rheological flow of fibrous composite mixtures in the shaping channel of dies of constant and variable cross section is assumed in granulators with a plane press matrix. Analytical formulas are derived for qualitative description of the shaping process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
