Abstrakt: The goal of this research is to create the KIPAS (Counseling-Intensive-Progressive-Adaptive-Structure) model of career counseling guidelines that takes into account the qualities, feasibility, and efficacy of students' soft skills. Material and media specialists, as well as students, are subjected to acceptability assessments. The 4-d paradigm was utilized to construct these model career counseling recommendations (define, design, development, and disseminate). Observations, interviews, and questionnaires are examples of data analysis approaches. The testing revealed that the KIPAS model career counseling guide is useful and has an appropriate category. The soft skills of experimental classroom students are better than control classes utilizing traditional career counseling procedures after using career counseling guidelines. The average soft skills increase score of experimental class students using KIPAS model job counseling guidelines demonstrates this. As a result, the suggested recommendations may be inferred to be useful for BK (Guidance and Counseling) teachers in improving students' soft skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
