Abstrakt: |
The article characterizes the development of ecotourism in Cuba and its relationship with sociocultural development from a theoretical, doctrinal and historical perspective at an international level. From the study of the national legislation that regulates ecotourism and its impact on the cultural development of the municipality, established in the Cuban legal system from the environmental responsibility to be taken into account in coastal areas. The Granma province is taken as a sample due to the insufficiency of legal regulations that promote the application of this innovative and spiritual practice for cultural development. The tourist seeks not only the quality of tourist services, but contact with nature and adequate environmental conservation; The World Tourism Organization recommends that one of the predominant trends in tourism is the increase in new forms such as ecological tourism, which needs to achieve an adequate culture for its protection.
