Recombinant wood, as a green application technology of wood materials with "small timber for large use and inferior timber for superior use", is one of the processing and utilization ways of fast-growing plantation timber with great development prospects in the future, which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood in China. Focusing on the high-performance preparation of recombinant wood, in this paper, the effects of different processing conditions on its properties were focused on, the problems it faces in the process of industrialization were summarized, and corresponding solutions were put forward. Among them, the new concepts of "directional control of the color of reconstituted wood" and "high-performance wood reinforced glass" were conceived based on the performance characteristics of reconstituted wood, focusing on the shortage of high value and functionality of the application of reconstituted wood products. It is expected to provide solutions and ways for the industrial upgrading of high value utilization of fast-growing wood resources in China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
