Abstrakt: The article focuses on investigating the role of the receptor for advanced glycation end-products (RAGE) in cancer cachexia, revealing that overexpression of RAGE in cancer cells sustains muscle wasting, and targeting this receptor could be a promising approach to counteract the cachectic syndrome.
