Auricular cartilage has many uses in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. We present a simple method to harvest auricular cartilage with minimal complications, allowing the surgeon to avoid bulky pressure dressings and providing adequate examination of thy wound in the immediate postoperative phase.
