The waterborne wet-on-wet self-drying waterborne polyurethane topcoat and waterborne polyurethane varnish for urban rail trains are developed. The main resin is determined adjusting the formula. The effects of on different R values on appearance and endurance of coatings are investigated, wherein the curing agent type and dosage are optimized. The appearance and physical and chemical properties of waterborne polyurethane finish paint and waterborne polyurethane varnish are analyzed respectively. The effects of wetting agent, film-forming agent, explosion-proof foam agent, antioxidant and other additives on the performance of waterborne coatings are examined. Based on the waterborne wet-on-wet self-drying innovative process, the prepared coatings are sccessfully applied in urban rail trains. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
