The article discusses how Federal immigration laws set forth the conditions under which aliens (as defined in 8 United states code 1101(a)(3)) may enter or remain in America. Topics discussed include that the immigration law establishes the criteria for denying admission to aliens applying for a visa from abroad, where it discusses current statutory regime for aliens removed previously due to unlawful conditions and waivers of the reentry bars under other statutes for some aliens. |
