Abstrakt: The paper presents the results of experimental work on the development of the technique for obtaining composite material on the basis of aluminum-manganese bronze CuAl9Mn2 with the introduction of 5-25% of the nickel alloy Udimet500 during printing. The results obtained testify to a high degree of applicability of the two-wire electron-beam printing technology to composites of the bronze-nickel system with different contents of strengthening phases. There were no defects in the form of cracks or delaminations in the samples. The defect-free structure was obtained by empirical selection of printing process parameters and geometry of wire input into the melt bath. Increasing the volume fraction of the input nickel alloy resulted in an increase of the tensile strength up to 700 MPa. Intermetallic NiAl and Ni3Al as well as M23C6 carbides formed in the structure in large amounts. Also particles with a complex structure of intermetallides and carbides were found.
