In this work the CdSe pure and CdSe: CdS Core / shell nanostructures before and after capping of the L-Cysteine material was studied, and prepared using the chemical bath technique. Also, studied the effects L-Cysteine layer binding with QDs. XRD, FTIR, SEM and EDX properties before and after adding of the L-Cysteine have been investigations. Also, the effects of the L-Cysteine layer binding with QDs were studied. XRD and SEM measurements confirmed core and core/shell structure formation for all samples. FTIR and EDX analysis confirmed the binding of the L-Cysteine layer to the core and core/shell structure for all samples. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
