A theoretical investigation of Quantum dot (QD) nanocrystals have been studied for quantum dotes solar cells application due to their exceptional physical qualities with the new branch generation of perovskits quantum dotes solar cells, and this research is focused on examining the Absorption, and quantum efficiency of Quantum dotes of perovskites materials. Perovskites / TiO2 Assuming those QDs have the geometry of a quantum disk. Where n –type is ETL of TiO2 and p-type is in the structure of perovskits/ETL of CH3NH3PbBr as QD layers.
