The production of construction waste is an urgent issue in construction projects. Though indirectly, the amount of construction is also increased by the need for housing and infrastructure projects. To solve the issues, proper building waste management measures must be implemented. In actuality, it is best to treat construction waste indirectly by first putting it through a number of processes. Construction waste management may have a number of benefits, but, as with other plans, there are obstacles to its effective execution. This is due to the fact that technology is still developing and still has many problems. Therefore, this paper's goals are to look into the obstacles to implementing the 3Rs system for trash management in building projects. For this study, a systematic review of the literature containing 112 index journals were used. There are eight main challenger's factors has been identified which this may further enhance an existing knowledge to later appreciated by parties who involve in construction project.
