Abstrakt: |
The purpose of this study is to propose conceptual framework of Halal Logistics Performance Index (HLPI) as an alternative to the current Logistics Performance Index published by the World Bank specifically in halal and toyyiban issue in logistics. The Logistics Performance Index is based on a global survey of logistics experts, while Halal Logistics Performance Index will be determining by local expert involve in logistics services which Malaysia as a focal point for conceptual development since the country is well inform as champion in a halal-hub. The authors endeavour a modification index that stress on halal standard and local regulation compliance, which the nation putting their effort in Sustainability Development Goal (SDG) and Key Economy Growth Activities (KEGA) in order to fulfilling the Shared Prosperity Vision in 2030. The approach of the study includes qualitative method in literature review and articles analysis. The study is expected to provide halal logistics performance index for logistics industry player, and recognise standard on matters regarding the wholesomeness in logistics services.
