In order to solve the problem of low early strength, easy cracking and poor water stability of cement stabilized soil during application, this research has developed a low shrinkage and anti-cracking cement soil pavement base layer shrinkage-reducing and reinforcement material, and systematically evaluated the properties of stabilized soil (mechanical strength, shrinkage performance and water stability performance). The results show that the mechanical properties of the stabilized soil using shrinkage-reducing and reinforcement materials gradually increase as the increases of curing time, and the unconfined compressive strength at 7d age is ≥6.9 MPa, and the water stability coefficient of 28 d is 90.1%, after the stabilized soil has been subjected to 5 wet and dry cycles, the water stability coefficient reaches 106.5%, and there is no loss of strength. Compared with cement stabilized soil, the shrinkage-reducing and reinforcement material stabilized soil has a smaller amount of shrinkage and exhibits good shrinkage resistance.
