Abstrakt: The influence of additive Ni in the fabrication of CU-Al-Ti composite phase Matrix reinforced with thick metallic plastic, glass are studied. It was a success to create a microstructure made of solid solution particles enriched per millimeter Ni dispersed in the BMG Matrix. In a copper mould, a casting alloy (CU4Al3Ag4)95Ni5 was used. It should be seen that particles of NI-rich solid solution are generated during solidification for the first time the Fusion is liquid, while the rest of the Fusion solidifies in the amorphous phase at a lower temperature. The compression force of monolithic (CU4Al3Ag4)95Ni5 BMG matrix is 2080 MPA and the fracture deformation is 4.2 percent, but the matrix compound (CU4Al3Ag4)95Ni5 has a substantially superior plastic deformation up to the fracture of 16.2 percent. The presence of Ni-rich particles with high flexibility can explain the considerable improvement in the plasticity of the composite material (CU4Al3Ag4)95Ni5. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
