Abstrakt: Review of previous research studies indicates that cement has been replaced with flyash to achieve environmental benefits and economy. This research work aims to replace cement with a combination of fly ash and metakaolin by 10 % and fine aggregate with waste marble powder (WMPS) in percentages varying from 0 % to 15 %. The bacterial solution and hooked steel fibers (HSF) have been added for further increment in the mechanical properties. A total of 85 concrete cubes and cylinders have been manufactured for experimental assessment of mechanical properties of concrete manufactured using fly ash and Metakaolin. The experimental assessment indicates that the mechanical properties increased by an average percentage of 13.67 % approximately due to the inclusion of a combination of fly ash and metakaolin in concrete. The addition of bacterial solution increases the strength properties by 16.71 %. Environmental impact suggests an enormous reduction of 42% it and 37% and particulate emission and greenhouse gas emissions respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
