Evaluation of total T3, T4 and TSH was done by using Architect system. A chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) was used to quantitatively evaluate total T3(TT3), total T4(TT4) and TSH in human serum and plasma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
