Abstrakt: This article examines the relationship between ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, work engagement, and employee creative performance in a Vietnamese service firm. The study finds that ethical leadership positively influences both leader-member exchange and work engagement, which in turn enhance employees' demonstration of creativity in their work. The research emphasizes the importance of fostering positive leader-member relationships and promoting work engagement to enhance employees' creative behaviors. It also highlights the significance of ethical leadership in promoting creativity and innovation within organizations. The study suggests that ethical leaders can foster a high-quality leader-member exchange and work engagement, leading to positive outcomes for employees and organizations.
