Abstrakt: The title compound, C24H30O4, consists of two trans-fused cyclohexane rings attached to a chromen-2-one moiety through an oxymethylene bridge. The cyclohexane rings adopt half-chair and chair conformations. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C--H... O and O--H... O hydrogen bonds, forming a triperiodic network. Furthermore, C--H... interactions stabilize the crystal structure. A Hirshfeld surface analysis revealed that the most important contributions to the crystal packing are from H... H (56.9%), O...H/H...O (23.0%) and C...H/H...C (19.6%) contacts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
