Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of an 8-year-old boy with precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) who developed sepsis caused by multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa during leukemia treatment, leading to complications and treatment modifications. Topics include the challenges of managing infections in pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) patients, the impact of chemotherapy toxicity on treatment decisions, and the use of alternative therapies.
