Abstrakt:	We report here a comparative study of the pulsatile blood flow amplitude generated by a system consisting of a newly developed autonomous Pulsator and a centrifugal pump operating at a constant impeller rotation speed, and by a centrifugal pump operating in rotor speed modulation mode, for use in bypass of the left ventricle of the heart.
