The article present a case report of a 41-year-old female with complaints of chronic pelvic pain and intermittent deep dyspareunia. It discusses about a rare case of parasitic fibroids; the etiopathogenesis of parasitic fibroids; and emphasizing that they are typically due to iatrogenic seeding of small leiomyoma fragments during gynecologic surgery, with the case in question being unique for its location and seeding during cesarean delivery. |
