Abstrakt: By using a compression technique and a pelletizer, a Tellurium (Te) doped Bismuth Antimony (BiSb) sample in the form of pellet has been formed. Stoichiometric proportions of the materials (Bi, Sb, and Te) were calculated for the manufacture of pellets Bi2Sb(3-x):Tex (X = 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3). A precision LCR meter was used to measure the dielectric characteristics of Bi2Sb(3-x):Tex (X = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) pellets (BULK) in the frequency range of 20 Hz to 2 MHz at room temperature. Using Primary collected data, Dielectric loss, Dielectric constant, AC conductivity, and Real & Imaginary Electric modulus have been studied. All of these characteristics have been used to look at various ways that dielectric spectroscopy works. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
