The article discusses the highlights of the resident research bootcamp, a preparatory course for required Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) research in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery (O-HNS). It identifies knowledge gaps that could be overcome by group learning. Activities included writing and reading exercises, discussion on grants and budgetary issues, self-directed-learning, profession development and metrics, statistical methods and resiliency skills. |
