This paper describes identifying factors in the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) application that affect the machine effectiveness and analysis of maintenance activities. Companies determine the machine effectiveness by measuring equipment effectiveness using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) due to the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) score to improve the equipment effectiveness and minimize significant losses for the company, known as the six big losses. This study aims to identify the level of the efficacy in total equipment measurement of the production process, determination of the factors in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) low score, identification of the losses in this company, and provide suggestions for improving the implementation TPM. The result of this study shows that the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) score of the filler-capping machine between 40%-66% is below the standard score of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and the score of low-performance effectiveness between 55%-74%.
