The action of the probiotic preparation Vetom 1 has a positive effect on the development of the Pharaoh cross quails. The use of Vetom 1 contributed to an increase in the growth intensity of the experimental birds, as well as to an increase in their average live weight daily gain. The maximum increase in the average live weight daily gain was observed when Vetom 1 was used at a dose of 50 mg/kg of live weight both in the first and second experiments. The use of Vetom at a dose of 100 mg/kg of body weight led to higher growth rates in the first and second generations. Higher growth rates were not recorded during the application of the probiotic at a dose of 75 mg/kg. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
