The article presents results of studying the effect of biological fertilizers in agrophytocenosis of spring colza and spring rape. The studies were carried out in 2020-2022 in conditions of the Ryazan region. According to the experiment, the shortest vegetation period was found in control plants (without treatment): for rape it was, on average, 99 days and for colza it was 84 days. On average, the longest vegetation in spring rape was found on the variant Azotovit, 2 l/t + Phosphatovit, 2 l/t, Ecorost, 0.5 l/ha (109 days), in spring colza it was on the variant Ora start, 1, 5 l/t, Azotovit, 0.5 l/ha + Phosphatovit, 0.5 l/ha (89 days). As a result of the experiment, variants of rape and colza treated with biological preparations increased the indicators of germination ability, full sprouting, plant survival for harvesting and crop structure. The most variable indicators after treatment with agrochemicals were the number of pods per plant - 56.3-74.0 pcs. (rape), 40.4-55.1 pcs. (colza) and the weight of 1 000 seeds equal to 3.08-3.25 g (rape) and 1.85-2.37 g (colza). According to the results of the research, the maximum increase in spring rape seeds to the control was revealed in the variant with Ora start, 1.5 l/t, Ecorost, 0.5 l/ha + 3.0 c/ha (23.0 c/ha) and in spring colza it was in the variant with Azotovit, 2 l/t + Phosphatovit, 2 l/t, Ecorost, 0.5 l/ha + 2.3 dt/ha (19.4 dt/ha).
