Due to infectious and deadly Covid-19 disease, online learning become a necessity. In online learning implementation, educators and education system regulators should make the right decision to ensure the quality of education with online learning and face-to-face classes. Therefore, experience and satisfaction of the learners is one of the most important indicators for assessing the effectiveness of learning space implementation. Learners' perspective can inform the decision maker of institutions on learning space investment which factors that should be payed attention on. This study aimed at exploring risk factors for successful online learning space implementation based in learners' perspective. The result shows that there are several themes related to learners' perspectives on online learning such as sense of connectivity, prompt support and feedback, learning strategies ease of use, usefulness, time session, technological issues, competence and learning content as risk factors in online learning setting. Furthermore, there are significant different perceptions based on demographic characteristics such as gender and class level. The findings indicated that female learners prepared themselves more than male learners. When online learners are compared based in their class level, junior learners are better than their seniors.
