Nowadays, people are always busy at their work. They can't even pay attention to their own health. Which leads to the serious health disorders. Also, the medicine taken by people is increasing day-by-day. However, a major problem is raised while taking the medicine by the wrong pill taken or delay to take the medicine. The majority of the medical errors are raised by human error, because human are the in-charge for the patients and elder's medication, because they need to deal with a lot of medicines every day. If they get stressed or forget the medicine which is given to the patient, then it will lead to error. This paper tells about the importance of the medicine reminder kit and making a prototype. If this medication or pill box is supposed to utilize in hospitals and homes, it is helpful for the patients, who are taking huge amount of medication or victual supplement regularly, as well as attendants who take care a lot of patients. This reminder kit is a programmable smart device, which allows medical caregivers or shoppers to verify the medicinequantity and require medicine pills, as well as the service times for each day. Where the user needs to select the timing slot, after selecting the desirable slot, this kit will be ready to remind the user or the patients to take the medicine using a sound and light alert signal, with the help of the Arduino via buzzerand led waves.
