Abstrakt: This article provides a bibliometric analysis of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and their impact on organizational sustainability. The analysis examines 278 publications from the SCOPUS database between 2010 and 2022. The findings indicate that GHRM studies have gained momentum in recent years, with authors like Renwick and Jabbour making significant contributions. Asian nations, particularly Malaysia and China, have emerged as prominent contributors to GHRM research. The study offers insights that can assist academics, managers, and top management in developing GHRM practices to achieve sustainable objectives. However, the analysis has limitations, such as relying solely on the SCOPUS database, and future research should consider using multiple databases and sociograms to explore correlations in the field of GHRM.
