Abstrakt: There is a place between the city of Bogota and its eastern mountains, where a part of the population lives. These mountains are a symbol of the capital and are the base of its territory. Many things happen when these mountains are inhabited without suitable conditions. In this micro territory (neighborhoods: Triangulo alto, bajo, Aguas Claras, Corinto and Manantial) we see the misuse of water and land, contamination, geological fault lines in the land, and some arid or eroded lands. Similarly, we see that these populations look for some strategies to adapt their lifestyle to this setting; these are communities where low salaries are ubiquitous. This is why this community and its leader reclaim the right to participate in the city, though at the same time they are part of a rural landscape. These special and spatial conditions create a very interesting ambience to work within the Eco village as a solution to the border of the city. These Eco-villages or Eco-neighborhoods have been established in developed countries for a very long time, but the focus is usually on those people with high revenues. The specific conditions of this community make a great difference. We are looking for a legal configuration based on a policy constructed by the local community, a financial structure based on cooperation, and the formation of the people placed in this site.
