Reports on the development of a technological scheme for obtaining a total flavonoid extract from Thermopsis altherniflora and creation of a medicinal preparation in the form of tablets. Comparison between the hypolipidemic activity of laboratory and commercial samples of the parent substance and the ready-to-use medicinal form; Decrease of the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood serum of intact experimental animals; Purification of ethanol extracts from chlorophyll, waxy components, and other accompanying substances by treatment with an aqueous solution of benzine. |
