The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old Asian male migrant worker who has been diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) 43 days after presenting with severe COVID-19. It describes the patient's medical and neurological progression. It further discusses the challenges faced during rehabilitation, and the various complications and impairments he experienced. |
