There are lots of traditional shipyards in Indonesia. These traditional boat buildings are used by fishermen. However, there is no prior study on how these traditional shipyards run the business. In this study, we focus on business feasibility study from 5 aspects such as market, economic, technical, financial, and customer needs aspects.
