The article substantiates the research's relevance for construction in seismically hazardous areas, which is a process rigidly specified in the regulatory documents. The authors have studied and tested the technique of testing piles for dynamic effects for vertical and horizontal loads on a real object. A test rig has been developed and described, and a metrological justification of measurements has been carried out. The theoretical values of loads on piles determined by the normative method were satisfactory in compliance with the experimental loads. The method of pile testing for dynamic impact has been studied and tested. The tests were conducted in the field on constructing a secondary school in the village of Zarechnoye. The test facility is created, loading and measuring instruments are selected. Metrological justification of measurements was executed. The adopted method can be replicated during preparation for constructing other objects in the region. Based on the above, the purpose of experimental justification of using driven piles with a burial into the ground of lower than 4 m in the construction in the area of seismicity of 8 points with the definition of coefficients characterizing the reduction of carrying capacity the piles was set.
