Sustainable development based on economic, social and technological points of view is especially relevant in the construction industry. In different countries there are environmental standards for assessing objects. In Russia, this standard is called Green Zoom. The article considers the issue of applying sustainable architecture technologies that can be used in the construction of campuses. The technologies used in the design of the building and infrastructure are highlighted. As building technologies, the modular layout of the building, the use of green roofing are given.
