Oral and maxillofacial fractures are common injuries among patients having multiple traumas. Mid-face fractures are considered serious medical problems as compared to all other maxillofacial injuries due to its complex management. The purpose of the following case report was to describe the management of avulsed anterior primary teeth with collapsed pre-maxilla. This case demonstrated that even an avulsed primary incisor can be preserved for a certain period of time without further damage to the developing permanent successor. However, more research into this field of dental traumatology is needed to establish definite treatment guidelines. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
