Abstrakt: I B. subtilis i , I B. atrophaeus i , I B. cereus i , I B. licheniformis i , I B. pumilus i , I B. amyloliquefaciens i were determined in the samples of the analyzed product. These results indicated, that the value of the strain identification index was respectively: for I B. subtilis i - 2.27, I B. atrophaeus i - 1.89, I B. cereus i - 1.96, I B. licheniformis i - 2.22, I B. pumilus i - 2.10, I B. amyloliquefaciens i - 1.96. Cultures marked: (1) I B. subtilis i , (2) I B. atrophaeus i , (3) I B. cereus i , (4) I B. licheniformis i , (5) I B. pumilus i , (6) I B. amyloliquefaciens i . Six different species of the I Bacillus i group ( I B. subtilis i , I B. atrophaeus i , I B. cereus i , I B. licheniformis i , I B. pumilus i , I B. amyloliquefaciens i ) were determined, as shown in Figure 1.
