Abstrakt: Traumatic aortocaval fistula due to stabbing injury by knife is a rare entity. The authors present a case of aortocaval fistula due to stabbing injury and its successful surgical treatment by bifurcated Dacron graft interposition between the aorta and both common iliac arteries.
